Helen Alexander last night stepped down as chair of PPA, passing on the baton to Peter Phippen, managing director, BBC Magazines at PPA chairman's reception at the Palm Court, at the Waldorf Hotel last night. Also at the event Jonathan Moore of The Condé Nast publications was presented with the chairman's award for developing the revolutionary Pass4Press standards.
